ü זיכויו של נאשם בגלל מחדלי התביעה אינו נותן הכשר לעבירות תעבורה, אבל עצימת-עיניים מראות את מחדליה נותן הכשר לתביעה להמשיך ו”לחפף”.

מתכונת הקורסים בנושאי משפט התעבורה:
· שלב א’: ידע בסיסי ברמה מעמיקה על הנעשה בבתי המשפט לתעבורה, על התנהלות המשפטים שם, ועל הדרכים לנהל את המשפט, עם סיכויי-זיכוי גבוהים.
· שלב ב’: דיני התעבורה – מבט לעומק: הוצאת מקרא מפשוטו, משפט התעבורה על רקע המשפט הכללי, דיני הפרשנות, המשפט המנהלי, דיני העונשין הכלליים.
· שלב ג’: תרגום הידע הנרכש בשלב א’ לעקרונות משפטיים: טיפים שימושיים למקרים מהחיים, “חוכמולוגיות” לגיטימיות, ועוד.
ניתן להוסיף הרצאה בודדת בתחום או בתחום משיק לקורס קיים.
