ב”הארץ” מופיע היום ראיון עם פרופ’ ראשיד חלידי, שתואר כחברו הפלסתינאי של אובמה, ואף שהוא אזרח אמריקני, הוא מלא בעבר תפקידים חשובים בהנהגה המדינית של אש”ף. הראיון הזה, ניתן להגדירו במלה אחת “פנטסטי”. בקיצור ובתמציתיות מבריקה הוא סוקר אחד לאחד את כל נושאי הסכסוך הישראלי/יהודי-פלשתינאי, החל מהונאת אוסלו מצד ההנהגה הישראלית, שהאיש טען בדין, שתתפוצץ ברעם, וכלה בתעמולה הציונית בארה”ב, צרות האופקים של אותם ציונים כמו-ליברליים יהודים אמריקנים שעסקו במגעים היהודים פלשתינאים בעבר מסוג דניס רוס (עראפת כינה אותם אז “הרבנים”), שיקוף אייפאק עמדות מיעוט ימני בקרב יהודי ארה”ב, ומוגבלות דעת הקהל האמריקנית.

בהודעת תגובה לא ארוכה שכתבתי למאמר, השתמשתי במושגים לא מוכרים ומאירי עיניים לגבי התעמולה הציונית-צדקתנית-כמו-ליברלית, “פרגמנטצייה, פריסה לפרוסות” מול הראייה הכוללת. בעיקר, הכנסתי מושג חדש שפיתחתי “קונסטלציוניזם” תוך איפיון תהליך אוסלו, וכן איפיון תהליכים נוספים בסביבה הישראלית, בפרט הצרכנית והעיסקית.

“הארץ” לא פירסמו את הודעתי הבוגרת והמפוקחת, בעוד הם פירסמו הודעות ירודות רבות, דבר שארע בעבר, כאשר הודעות מקוריות שלי לא התפרסמו, וכעבור כמה ימים הרעיון המסויים או שרשרת הרעיונות, הופיעו אחת לאחת, אמנם בצורה ירודה יותר והרבה פחות אפקטיבית, אצל אחד מכתביהם, המקבל משכורת שמנה בעיתון, או בגוף עבודה או מאמר בעיתון אצל פרופסור ישראלי כלשהו.

שיטת כיוס יצירות זאת מרגיזה ומסואבת, שכן היא חלק מדפוס ההדרה של יוצרים טובים לטובת קרובים לצלחת ובעלי מהלכין, כשאחד נהנה באפס מחיר מפרי עמלו של אחר, ואילו היוצר מודר ומנסים להפוך אותו לדמות שולית בכל מישור. הנוטלים חלק בהגמונייה הישראלית מזרימים זה לזה טובין, לעיתים הבאים ממקורות בזיזה, כשמקורות הטובין הללו, תכופות הופכים למושא לפגיעות, על מנת לקפד את יכולתם לתגמול והנאה מפירות הדברים שיצרו או טובין אחרים שניגזלו מהם.
יש כאן צרות עין נוראה, המזכירה את הדקדקנות בה סוחר הסמים שוקל כל מאית מיליגרם הרואין.

להלן ההודעה השדודה שלא פורסמה בהארץ, אף שהיא תרבותית, נבונה ואין בה כל פסול כעילה לפסילה מפירסום :

While the Israeli and the American public are flooded by a propaganda that fragmentizes and slices the complex aspects of the conflict into biased and distorted pieces, here we are offered with an excellent overview that is all-encompassing, accurate and shows in a lucid manner what was the real nature of the Oslo agreement – an attempt by Israeli leadership to grab an opportunity to force the Palestinians into unacceptable terms.

The Israeli orientation is that of waiting, like a spider, to certain constellations to occur, in which they can obtain their prey and reach excellent benefits with near zero cost.

The trouble is that this constellationistic short-term orientation, of grabbing benefits also infiltrates into the Israelis business attitude, making consumerism in Israel an experience of being ripped off in numerous cases.

This comment was excluded from being posted in “Haaretz” while other mostly low-level responses did appear. This happened a number of times in the past to original comments I tried to post, where few days later my idea or chain of ideas appeared in one to one correspondence in an article by one of their reporters who is well paid ,or in the body of a work or a journalistic article by some Israeli Professor

This method of picking intellectual property is disturbing and defiled, since it is part and parcel of the exclusion pattern of   high-quality creators in Israel for the benefits of “insiders” with higher status in the ranks of the Israeli elite, where an entitled person enjoys with zero cost the fruits of the other’s efforts and skill, while original creators often suffer large scale Exclusion. Needless to say, theft of intellectual property is defined in the website of the Israeli police as a state’s epidemic here, and Israel is ranked by US department of Commerce as particularly high compared to other countries in violations of creator’s rights.
